Competition terms & conditions
1.
All boats must be signed up to Brokerage prior to draw date.
2.
All boat keys, certificates, documents, manuals, proof of ownership submitted to brokerage.
3.
Boats must remain on Brokerage for a minimum of 90 days or until sold.
4.
An advertising /Marketing fee of £500 + vat will apply to any boat withdrawn from Brokerage after 3 months.
No advertising/marketing fee applicable if boat remains on Brokerage until sold.
5.
Boats cannot be used whilst the vessel is on Brokerage.
6.
Commission charge of 6% +vat applicable.
