Our 10 year anniversary celebrations got off to a rather damp start with the afternoon rain, but even so, the events were very well supported.
At least the ducks in the duck race and sheepdog event were feeling at home!
The sheepdog & duck display kept everyone well entertained and the ducks were kept well in check!
The falconry exhibition was enthralling and informative with plenty of audience participation.
We would like to thank the display teams for such great exhibitions
and to Matt and Mavis for the free use of their shooting gallery and duck race.
The weather cleared before the BBQ and a lovely evening with great food was enjoyed by well over 100 hundred moorers.
Michael also presented awards to all those moorers who are still mooring here from when the Marina opened. He also presented the prizes for the winners in the photographic competition and announced the winner of the Brokerage competition.The great prize of selling their narrowboat for free went to Mr & Mrs Monk from Cornwall.
Dancing to Dream Legion completed a very memorable 10 year celebration.
