We have just completed our narrowboat purchase from Swanley having been attracted by the choice of boats in our price range and the comprehensive details available on their website including the video. We dealt with Andy who we found very friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. We liked that we were accompanied when viewing boats but most importantly and we didn’t feel at all rushed or pressured, even when knowing they were about to close for the day.
Andy is easy to contact by phone or email and always responds promptly. Having the workshops on site enabled us to get detailed quotes straight away and has also saved on mooring and license fees and as the boat is out of the water whilst waiting for the work to be completed.We are planning to stay at Swanley Marina for a few months as the surroundings are so nice and everyone seems so friendly.
